Hematite is It is a great crystal for grounding, protection and balancing the mind, body and soul. I wanted to include this crystal in the crystal advent calendar and on Christmas Day because as amazing as Christmas is, it can sometimes be a very busy and chaotic time of the year. So this crystal will help to keep you balanced and give you that dose of grounding energy for the day!
